Bert & Rayanna Bailey
Founders Platinums
Founders Platinums Bert & Rayanna Bailey Bert & Rayanna Bailey live in Knoxville, TN. They have 5 adult children and 11 grandchildren. Bert is originally from Memphis. Other than his time in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam era, he has had 2 different business careers. The first half of his career was in retail management. After working in the department store industry, he started his own advertising agency, and a large home furnishings store in Huntsville, AL. Years later, he sold his store and became national sales manager for a national banking services company. He eventually became a partner and Executive Vice President of that company. After federal regulators forced hundreds of community banks to close during the previous administration, he left that industry to pursue building their Amway business full time. Rayanna grew up on a farm in Northeast Arkansas. After studying interior design at two different universities, she became an Interior Designer with their company in Huntsville. Later, she joined Bert in the banking services industry as the director of sales training. They have 5 married children and 11 grandchildren. Their introduction to the Amway business is a unique story. After a rough start, they accomplished Silver in 8 months. Platinum, Founders Platinum, then Ruby followed soon afterwards. Then “life” happened. Several major setbacks occurred within a very short time. During their troubled times, they never quit believing, they never gave up on their dreams, and they continue to build their Amway business. They now enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and working with their business partners. They love sharing with others how to dream big, have fun, make money, and change lives.
